The new urban area of Nham Bien mountain golf course in Yen Dung district (Bac Giang province) will have a total investment of nearly 6,400 billion VND (over 276 million USD).
Bac Giang provincial People's Committee has just approved for the investment policy for the new urban area project of Nham Bien mountain golf course in Dong Son commune, Bac Giang city and Tien Phong commune, Yen Dung district. The project covers about 134 hectares, including over 88 hectares for development of sports tourism - golf course and nearly 46 hectares for the urban development.

It provides real estate for transfer, sale of basic construction house, sale and rental service of social housing and floor. The project targets to build 979 low-rise houses, social housing area on an area of 16,500 square meters and develop commercial, service, education facilities and sports tourism - golf course. The expected population is about 5,800 people.
Total investment capital is more than 6,380 billion VND. The project is implemented within 72 months from the date of investor approval with validity of 50 years.
According to the Bac Giang planning in 2021-2030 period with a vision to 2050, the province will plan 12 integrated areas of golf courses, resorts, entertainment and leisure areas with 13 golf courses. Most of them are located in and near key economic areas and tourist destination of the province so as to turn Bac Giang into a golf center.
Bac Giang is one of the localities with vibrant real estate for recent 3 years along with the wave of industrial park development.
