Bac Giang establishes Phuong Son – Dai Lam industrial cluster

(BGO) – The Bac Giang provincial People’s Committee has issued Decision to establish Phuong Son – Dai Lam industrial cluster in Luc Nam and Lang Giang districts on total area of 50 hectares.

Phuong Son – Dai Lam industrial cluster is located on Phuong Son town (Luc Nam district) and Dai Lam commune (Lang Giang district). It borders current residential area and cultivation field in Ken village, Phuong Son town to the North; factory, current residential area and cultivation field in Dai Giap village of Dai Lam commune to the South; current residential area and cultivation field in Dai Giap village of Dai Lam commune to the West; concrete road and fishery farming area in Phuong Lan village of Phuong Son town.

Electronic, electricity are among the attraction fields to Phuong Son – Dai Lam industrial cluster.

After completion, the industrial cluster will attract more investment to the fields of electronic, electric, telecommunication, mechanical, garment, medical equipment, food and farm produce processing and others.

The industrial cluster receives total investment of 576.235 billion VND (24.4 million USD) with operational validity of 50 years. Thanh Do Bac Giang Construction Joint Stock Company will be the project investor.

The technical infrastructure will be implemented from March 2023 till December 2023 (approving for the investment policy; making detail plan, feasibility study report, construction engineering drawing, environmental impact assessment; changing land use purpose for rice cultivation).

Several tasks will be done from January 2024 till January 2025 including land compensation and clearance, investment and construction of project technical items, sub-investor attraction to occupy at least 60 percent of industrial land.

Bac Giang ensures traffic safety, eases congestion in industrial parks

(BGO) – Bac Giang province has 6 operating industrial parks (IP), namely Song Khe – Noi Hoang, Van Trung, Dinh Tram, Quang Chau, Hoa Phu and Vietnam – Korean with more than 180,000 labours at enterprises.

(BGO) – The first phase of Vietnam Korean Industrial Park in Viet Yen district (Bac Giang province) totally covers 50 hectares, 49 hectares of which were cleared by the district People’s Committee, reported local competent agency.

173,000 labours resume stable work at industrial parks

(BGO) – After the 2023 Lunar New Year holiday, more than 173,000 labours have resumed working at the businesses in the industrial parks of Bac Giang province so far, accounting for 98.8 percent of total number of stable labours ahead of the biggest festival in Vietnam, the Management Board of provincial Industrial Park (MBIP) reported.

 

Bac Giang strives to be industrial center of the region

(BGO) – The northern province of Bac Giang housed nine industrial parks (IP) with approved construction planning, 8 of which were accepted by Prime Minister for the investment policy with total natural land of 1,792.5 hectares and 5 under operation.
