(BGO) – On authorization of Japanese competent organization,
the Department of Plant Protection (Ministry of Agriculture and Rural
Development) has recognized five more longan cultivation areas in Bac Giang
province that are qualified to be granted with growing area codes (GAC) to
export to Japan with total area of over 53.2 hectares.

technology to agricultural production in Bac Giang province is increasingly
popular, and as a result, the productivity and value of crops, livestock, and
aquatic products have increased many times compared to traditional production methods.

(Center) in Luc Ngan district (Bac Giang province) has cooperated with the
People’s Committee in Cam Son commune to evaluate the chilli growing model for
export.
Vietnam exported 1,700 tonnes of mango to South Korea for $7.4 million over the past 11 months of 2022, up 19% in volume and 25% in value year-on-year, according to the Agency for Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

the implementation of the "One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program" in
Bac Giang province for the 2018-2020 period, with a vision to 2030.
The decision was to realise the Prime Minister's Decision, dated June 29, 2018,
on approving the "One Commune One Product Program" for the 2018-2020 period.
