A lotus art exhibition entitled “Vietnamese lotus 2023 – Pure beauty”, was launched at Quan Su Pagoda in Hanoi on March 25, showcasing 75 lotus paintings by artist Kim Duc.
(BGO) - "In 2019, when my mother suffered serious
illness, she held my hands tightly and reminded me of trying to preserve and
teach Quan ho (love duet) songs to as many people as possible. I only knew to
hug my mother and cried," said Quan ho artisan Dam Thi Bui in Noi Ninh
village, Ninh Son commune, Viet Yen district, Bac Giang province.
The Nguyen Dynasty’s policies on the central coastal city of Da Nang have been reflected through the historic “Chau Ban” (official administrative papers) which are on display in the city from March 24-31.

the Vietnamese Party issued the Outline of Vietnamese Culture, drafted by then
Party General Secretary Truong Chinh. The document laid the foundation and
paved the way for the development of revolutionary cultural theory in Vietnam.
It was a flag gathering and encouraging the country's intellectuals, writers
and artists to enthusiastically join the revolutionary cause led by the Party.

working session and surveyed condition to propose science and technology task
at the provincial level. It aimed to make proposal to recognize the Folk
singing festival of Luc Ngan’s ethnic groups as intangible cultural heritage
starting from 2024.
