Recruitment demand in Bac Giang up 10 percent

(BGO) – Recently, 78 businesses in and outside the province have registered to employ more than 59,000 positions,10 percent year on year increase, including nearly 80 percent of untrained labour.

Most of the on-demand companies are in foreign direct investment block after resuming production to serve new orders the electronic, garment and mechanical fields.

The provincial Job Service Center cooperates with Newwing Interconnect Technology company limited to take samples of labour registering to find job for Covid-19 test.

The survey of labour demand-supply in 2021 proved that Bac Giang demands to employ more than 110,000 labours, up 122 percent comparing to the figure in 2020.

Apart from applying information technology to support enterprises to recruit labour, the provincial Job Service Center continues effectively oganizing regular job transaction session on every Thursday at the center together with ensuring pandemic preventive measures while closely forecasting the labour supply – demand and accelerating communication about the policies about job creating assistance in line with the Employment Law.

The provincial Job Service Center spray disinfectant and check boby temperature for all labours coming to apply for allowance from unemployment insurance and register to find new job.

Due to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic, since early this year, the provincial Job Service Center has held 35 job transaction sessions, accounting for 46 percent of the annual plan.

From now on till the year end, the center will focus on organizing mobile transaction sessions at localities, especially cooperating with the businesses to employ workers by online interview and conduct Covid-19 test before signing the contract to ensure pandemic preventive safety.
